The membership dues for 2009 are $95 for all players participating in the MSL, except for each team captain and the elected MSL committee members who will be exempt. The membership dues must be paid by 01-Apr-09, otherwise a $25 late fee will be assessed to anyone paying their dues after this date. The preferred procedure for paying dues is through the Paypal link which is accessible from the wpsoccer.com home page. The second option for payment is by way of a check made out to the West Point Soccer Club. The check should be given to the team captain. Dues are non refundable. Dues will not be waived or adjusted for players joining the league late in the season. Rostered players who have not paid their dues by June 1 will be ineligible from playing the rest of the season and will be replaced by the next available player from the reserve list. The MSL Player Reserve List will be maintained by the elected league commissioner. Note: Any team found participating in scheduled league matches with players that are ineligible due to delinquent dues will forfeit each and every game the ineligible player participated in after June 1. It is the captain's responsibility to manage the team roster and assure that every one of his/her players is eligible for a match.
